La société DAGONI-Services a été créée en Janvier 2016 pour répondre au besoin d’aide à domicile pour les personnes âgées et/ou porteuses de handicap et les services aux particuliers.
DAGONI-Services c’est aujourd’hui, en janvier 2019, une équipe composée de 68 personnes : aides à domicile, assistants de vie aux familles, personnel administratif, agent polyvalent.
- DAGONI-Services débute son activité en janvier 2017 avec 11 demandeurs d’emploi qui signent un Contrat aidé CUI – CIE pour 24 mois. Les 11 salariées suivent une formation Assistantes de Vies aux Familles (ADVF) avec l’Organisme de Formation SOMAHAZI et passent leur Titre Professionnel en septembre 2017. A l’issu de leur Contrat aidé CUI – CIE, DAGONI-Services leur propose à toutes de signer un CDI.
- En janvier 2018, DAGON-Services intervient chez 60 personnes âgées à domicile pour l’aide aux actes essentiels de la vie quotidienne à domicile et emploie 22 Assistantes de Vies aux Familles et Aides à Domicile
- En Avril 2018 DAGONI-Services signent les 13 premiers Contrats de Professionnalisation du département, les Salariés suivent la formation d’Assistantes de Vies aux Familles avec l’Organisme de Formation SOMAHAZI, l’effectif fait un bon pour atteindre 37 salariées dont 24 ont suivi ou suivent le parcours de formation d’Assistantes de Vies aux Familles avec SOMAHAZI. En Avril 2018, DAGONI – Services intervient chez 64 personnes âgées pour l’aide à domicile.
- Aujourd’hui 140 personnes âgées en perte d’autonomie sont prises en charge à domicile par 62 Assistantes de vie aux Familles. 25 sont en CDD (dont 8 à temps partiel), 13 sont en Contrat de Professionnalisation, 24 sont en CDI.
Nos missions
La structure DAGONI-Services exerce ses missions dans le cadre d’une organisation intégrée de services qui coordonne les soins, les aides et l’accompagnement dispensés aux personnes âgées et/ou handicapées.
L’objectif premier de DAGONI-Services est la prévention de la perte d’autonomie, du maintien à domicile et du "Bien vieillir ». Elle mène des actions collectives et individuelles avec les centres communaux d’action sociale (CCAS), les associations de personnes âgées et de personnes handicapées sur le territoire de Mayotte.
DAGONI-Services ouvre également son champ d’action aux particuliers afin de leur proposer un panel de services à domicile. Des services peuvent désormais, à compter du 1er avril 2017, faire bénéficier les usagers des 50 % d’abattement fiscal tant attendus dans le domaine du service et de l’aide à la personne.

Maintenir l’état de santé et participer au « Bien vieillir »
Quotidiennement DAGONI-Services a pour but d’aider et d’accompagner à domicile, ou lors de ses déplacements toute personne âgée et/ou handicapée. Ils peuvent intervenir pour une aide ponctuelle (accident, hospitalisation, maladie, …) ou lors d’un accompagnement durable pour les personnes âgées en perte d’autonomie.
“Nous souhaitons lui garantir une autonomie maximale, une existence digne, un accompagnement jusqu’au terme de sa vie, dans le respect de son intimité tout en apportant une aide aux personnes de l’entourage qui contribuent par leur action à la réalisation de ce choix de vie. Conséquence de l’évolution des besoins, l’objectif principal de ce service est de lutter contre l’isolement des personnes âgées, facteur aggravant de la perted’autonomie”, témoigne Mirhane Abdallah
Des avantages fiscaux : 50% de crédit d’impôt
A partir du 1er avril 2017, les clients des acteurs du secteur des services à la personne bénéficieront d’avantages fiscaux à Mayotte (réduction d’impôt ou crédit d’impôt)
